Sender is a SaaS web app for file sharing. What began as a straightforward file transfer service shifted mid-process, when user research revealed more through emotions than direct answers. This insight led to embedding an art platform within the product, transforming Sender into not just a tool for sharing files, but also a stage for local artists to be seen.
